Exchanges
- Merchandise must be exchanged within 7 days from the date you received your order (No returns and no exchanges for customized Items)
- Always inform us by e-mail [email protected] before sending back any item for alteration
- Merchandise must not been worn, altered, washed or used
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging and conditions
- Once we receive your merchandise and we approve exchange, you have 7 days to choose whatever you want using your store credit
- Please note that you will be responsible for new handling, shipping costs, taxes and duties
- Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. You will be responsible for handling, shipping costs, taxes and duties
Refunds
- No refund or cancellation is allowed.
Shipping
- Residents of Jordan will be responsible for delivery costs when returning any items.
- Non-residents of Jordan will be responsible for shipping, taxes and duties when returning any item to Jordan for exchange.
